Product Manager (m/f/d)

Lead EMEA product strategy and management for the GI endoscopy portfolio.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Developing and executing EMEA product and portfolio strategy aligned with global objectives
• Identifying growth opportunities through market analysis, customer insight, competitive intelligence and KOL engagement
• Translating regional market requirements into actionable in for global Product Management and R&D
• Leading product launches, lifecycle management, positioning, messaging and value proposition development
• Developing demand-generation initiatives across digital channels, conferences, training and commercial campaigns
• Supporting pricing strategy, forecasting, budgeting and portfolio performance management
• Building strategic relationships witj KOLs and key stakeholders across EMEA
• Developing sales enablement tools and training commercial teams to accelerate product adoption
• Mentoring and supporting product professionals within the wider team
• Working cross-functionally global Product Management, R&D and commercial teams to connect regional customer needs with global product strategy

• Professional experience: At least 2 years of experience in product management in medical device or preferable in Endoscopy, ideally in regional role with a focus on the EMEA market.
• Market knowledge: Good knowledge of the EMEA region, in particular the different cultural, economic and regulatory environments.
• Analytical skills: Strong skills in market and competitor analysis and in interpreting data to make informed decisions.
• Proven experience in product management in the endoscopy sector.
• Strong understanding of downstream marketing strategies and product lifecycle management.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships across diverse teams.
• Communication skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German; knowledge of other EMEA languages is an advantage.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a proven track record in driving product success.
• Team orientation: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and develop a strong network within the organisation.
• Results-oriented: Highly self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on results.
• Technical understanding: Basic technical knowledge of the products and technologies in the relevant market segment.
• Willingness to travel: Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.
